Context Aware Contact Book

A contact book with extended information about the context of the users was designed. Using data from multiple sensors to create a comprehensive context aware state allows them to be specified to a very useful level of detail. Part of this design was implemented in a prototype for the Nokia N95. The application adds an extra dimension to the existing contact list on the phone, enabling the user to make decisions on whether or not to get in touch with the contact. Furthermore it gives the user a clue on which contact method is best suited according to the current status of the contact.
