About me

På dansk

I’m an interaction design student currently studying interaction design at University College London in London, UK.

Soon to graduate in with a M.Sc. in Human Computer Interaction, I plan to build on the experiences I have gained within and outside my degree to develop a career in user experience design. My expertise ranges from the development of products to the development of concepts, service solutions and management of innovation processes. I design concepts that are holistic socio-technical solutions created based on the context of users and client requirements. Combining a variety of technical disciplines with stakeholder interests, user needs, environmental impact, aesthetics and usability allows me to synthesise new innovative products and services.

Ever since I can remember I have wanted to build and create things, everything from tree houses to homemade computers. I have always had an interest in computers and technology, which is why I chose to study engineering, and also industrial design, architecture and photography.

I enjoy watching films and sci-fi, and I also spend time reading, mostly books with a more philosophical theme such as the novels of Milan Kundera, but also books about design and architecture. I also read comic books, and follow numerous blogs about design and technology on a daily basis. In my spare time I run, bicycle, play squash, and try not sit down all day.

I have done military service, travelled through the USA and Asia, and most recently worked as the administrative leader of a student organisation. I am used to teamwork, working with limited timeframes and the pressure of deadlines, and I am accustomed to responsibility, having experience in project management.
